Job Description

The Business Manager will oversee a small team of 1-5 people and serve as a direct report to the CEO. This role involves managing budgeting, staff, and compliance while driving strategic planning and business development efforts. The Business Manager plays a key role in ensuring financial reporting accuracy and supporting the overall business growth.

Responsibilities

Manage budgeting and financial reporting processes
Oversee staff management and team performance
Lead strategic planning initiatives to drive business growth
Develop new business opportunities
Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and policies

Preferred Qualifications

2+ years experience in business management
Strong financial management skills
Experience with strategic planning
Effective communication abilities
