Construction Laborer – Immediate Hiring

We are hiring Construction Laborers to join a busy construction project in Lebanon, IN. This is a great opportunity for reliable, hardworking candidates who are comfortable with physical work and want to build their construction experience.

You will work with a construction crew performing concrete work, material handling, site cleanup, and general labor tasks while following all safety requirements.

What You’ll Do:

•Assist with concrete pours and move concrete using wheelbarrows and a come-along

•Clean up after concrete and foundation work

•Tear down concrete forms and safely remove materials

•Perform general construction site cleanup

•Move and install jobsite signs

•Remove dust, dirt, and debris from work areas

•Use basic hand and power tools safely

•Load, move, and organize construction materials

•Follow instructions from supervisors and work as part of a team

•Follow all OSHA/site safety rules and wear required PPE

What We’re Looking For:

•Previous construction, general labor, concrete, demolition, or other physically demanding experience

•Comfortable using basic hand tools

•Able to follow verbal and written instructions

•Reliable, punctual, and hardworking

•Comfortable working outdoors and in a fast-paced environment

•Able to lift, carry, bend, kneel, climb, and stand for extended periods

•Strong focus on safety and teamwork

This is a Contract position based out of Lebanon, IN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
