Provide high-quality diagnostic imaging services as an X-Ray Technician, ensuring patient safety and comfort while adhering to all regulatory and professional standards. Assist in the setup, operation, and maintenance of imaging equipment to support accurate diagnostics. Responsibilities:
- Perform diagnostic imaging procedures following established protocols and safety guidelines.
- Prepare and position patients appropriately for procedures to optimize image quality and ensure comfort.
- Maintain and troubleshoot imaging equipment, ensuring proper calibration and safety compliance.
- Monitor and evaluate the need for procedure adjustments to achieve optimal results.
- Document procedures accurately and maintain patient records in adherence to regulations.
- Collaborate with medical staff to support diagnostic and treatment processes.
- Possess 1-3 years of experience as an X-Ray Technician.
- Demonstrate proficiency with a variety of imaging equipment, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
- Hold a current NJ State RT License and ARRT certification.
- Show knowledge of the latest advancements in radiography, healthcare informatics, and imaging hardware/software.
- Exhibit strong problem-solving skills, initiative, and excellent written and verbal communication.
- Graduate from an accredited radiography program.
