PM Lead Bartender

Willow Creek Country Club is looking for a friendly, energetic, and experienced PM Lead Bartender to create a welcoming atmosphere while preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in our Clubhouse Bar. Delivering an exceptional member and guest experience while maintaining high standards of service, efficiency, and compliance. This role combines hands-on bartending with leadership, training, inventory control, and collaboration with Clubhouse management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily bar operations, ensuring consistent, high-quality beverage service
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards
• Maintain a welcoming, professional atmosphere for members and guests
• Monitor inventory, help place orders, and control beverage costs
• Ensure compliance with all alcohol service laws, health codes, and safety regulations
• Develop and update cocktail menus, specials, and seasonal offerings
• Handle members and guest concerns professionally and resolve service issues promptly
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar areas, storage, and equipment
• Coordinate with clubhouse management and food service teams for daily operations and events.
• Able to assist with closing and locking down the clubhouse at the end of service.
• Perform additional duties assigned by Clubhouse Management

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of bartending experience; leadership or supervisory experience
• Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
• Excellent members and guest service and communication skills
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic inventory management

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand for extended periods
• Ability to lift and carry items 30–50 lbs.

Compensation & Employment Details

• $18–$20 per hour depending on experience, plus tips
• Employment Type: Full Time

• Valid Driver's License (Preferred)
• SIPS & TIPS Certification (Required)
• Food Handlers Permit (Required)
