Service Technician for The Bluestone Apartments - Bluffton, SCAs a Service Technician, you will help maintain the physical integrity of this beautiful community with 360 apartment-homes.Hourly rate + $750.00 per month rent discount for live-on + medical/dental/vision/401k with company match + quarterly bonus + on-call appreciation bonus + paid training + fun eventsMost Important ResponsibilitiesWork closely with your team members to complete service requests and make-readies in a timely fashion with high quality craftsmanship.Share your knowledge with coworkers and assist each other when challenges arise.Go above and beyond the call of duty for residents to provide excellent customer service.Manage your time wisely and communicate throughout the day.Anticipate problems that residents might have before they even occur.Most Important QualificationsMUST BE A GO-GETTER with a proven track record of stepping up to the plate and taking initiative.Bilingual a plus!1+ years of recent hands-on experience in apartment maintenance, preferably on a garden-style community with high standard for customer service.EPA and CPO certifications preferred, plumbing, drywall, carpentry, appliance repair, basic HVAC and electrical.Must be willing to pull call in the emergency rotation.Vehicle, license, basic toolsAbility to assess and address problems quickly, good organization skills and strong follow up.We've been Certified a Top Workplace nationally for several years in a row recently and a Top Management Company nationwide.EOE
