ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I have been a State Farm agent for six years and spent eight years with State Farm prior to opening my agency. My background is in public relations, advertising, and technology, which helped develop my passion for communication, relationship-building, and helping people find solutions that fit their needs.

Today, I lead a team of five and have worked hard to create an environment where people feel supported, valued, and motivated to succeed. We believe that strong relationships (both with our customers and with each other), are the foundation of a successful agency.

Giving back to the community is important to us. We stay involved through local sports camps, outreach efforts for the homeless, and other community-focused initiatives. Making a positive impact beyond the office is something we genuinely care about.

As Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Alexander Weyer - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
