We foster a positive patient-focused environment where you can thrive.Benefits of working with our company include:Competitive compensationPaid Time Off (PTO)401(k) with employer matchHealthcare benefits including health (with FREE care at Community Care Partners), dental, vision, life, and disabilityAnnual salary increases on your anniversary datePay advances through Dayforce WalletAnnual credit for branded work apparelGreatWork Perks with discounts on travel, entertainment, and moreKey responsibilities:Prepare patients for examination, records vital signs and history, and provides treatment as applicablePrepares exam/treatment rooms; select, setup, sterilize, and maintain medical supplies and equipment for proceduresPrepare and administer injections, change dressings, and facilitate wound management under providers ordersCollect blood, tissue, and other laboratory specimens through routine in-house testing procedures, and analyze and prepare for testing, log results, and perform lab call-backsDocument basic patient care and procedures, utilizing appropriate forms and electronic medical recordsSchedule patients for tests, initial, and follow-up appointments if applicable in care settingInstructs patients and family regarding treatment and medication instructionsCollaborate, take direction, and initiate actions that will allow the assumption of cross-functional team actions to ensure seamless patient carePhlebotomyPerform opening/closing clinic duties and patient call backsPerform other duties as assignedQualifications:Education: High school graduate or equivalent is required.Certificate/License: Current Certification as a Medical Assistant through one of the following programs is preferred (RMA, AAMA, NCCT, CMAC, AMCA). Current BLS certification is required.Experience: A minimum of one (1) year of relevant experience is preferredPay is based on experience, skills and falls within an established range.Community Care Partners is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO).
