Stand Up Forklift Operators

Job Description

WorkSource is hiring motivated and safety-focused forklift operators to join a fast-paced warehouse team. If you have experience operating equipment and enjoy hands-on work, this is a great opportunity to grow in a stable environment.

Key Responsibilities
Load, unload, and move freight safely and efficiently
Stack, store, and organize products in designated areas
Pick and prepare orders for shipment
Inspect freight for accuracy and damage
Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks, RF scanners)
Maintain a clean and organized work environment
Follow all safety guidelines and OSHA standards
Assist with inventory and general warehouse duties
What Were Looking For
Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
Ability to meet productivity standards
Commitment to safety and teamwork
Willingness to perform various warehouse tasks as needed
