Interventional Radiology Technologist

Location: Asheville, NC

Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.

Schedule: 7:30 AM 4:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Interventional Radiology Technologist with previous experience in interventional radiology or cath lab. The ideal candidate will possess moderate sedation experience and relevant certifications.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in interventional radiology procedures by circulating and scrubbing in as necessary.
• Monitor patients under moderate sedation during procedures.
• Collaborate with nursing staff and other team members to ensure optimal patient care.
• Utilize imaging equipment and technology effectively to support procedures.

Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:

• Previous interventional radiology and neurointerventional experience.
• Experience in vascular OR and cath lab settings preferred.
• Current BLS certification required.
• Registered or licensed as necessary for interventional radiology roles.
