*Overview:*
We're hiring Customer Service Representatives to join a fast-paced national contact center team in Moorestown, NJ. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy helping customers, managing multiple tasks, and working in a structured call center environment.
*Responsibilities:*

* Provide support in a national contact center environment
* Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls with new and existing customers
* Assist with sales order processing for new installation projects
* Follow up on open service requests and create new requests as needed
* Support billing and payment inquiries
* Complete and manage online service requests accurately
*Qualifications:*

* Prior customer service experience required (call center experience preferred)
* Strong administrative and organizational skills
* Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* High attention to detail and accuracy
* Reliable, dependable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
*Schedule:*

* *Regular Hours:* Monday-Friday, 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM
* *Training Schedule:* Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM for approximately 3-4 weeks
*Work Environment:*

* Professional contact center setting
* Spring and summer months are peak seasons with increased call volume

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Moorestown, NJ.
*Pay and Benefits*The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
