In-Store Sales Associate

What you will enjoy doing:

• Perform customer service activities, including receiving and entering telephone orders, answering questions, resolving challenges, and tracing order status or product shipments
• Serve customers through counter sales in the retail store
• Conduct warehouse duties, including moving cylinders for customers
• Provide sales support to the Outside Sales team
• Evaluate and recommend appropriate products, equipment, and programs
• Promote add-on sales of gases and high-margin hard goods accessories and conduct product demonstrations as an in-store sales representative
• Maintain customer records and files, ensuring accurate account setup and pricing
• Perform outbound calls to retail and small 'B' customers
• Sell products at minimum discount to achieve target margins and occasionally support additional locations

What makes you great:

• High school diploma/GED
• 1+ year(s) of Customer Service/Inside Sales/Counter Sales is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills
• No DUI/DWI or other alcohol (driving) related convictions within the last ten (10) years
• Able to lift 50lbs

Pay Range: $21.00-$30.00 per hour, depending on experience.
