Excellent Earning Potential!

• Competitive Shift Differentials for Evening and Overnight Shifts
• +$1.50/hour Weekend Differential for Saturday and Sunday hours worked
• +$5.00/hour Extra Shift Incentive when picking up approved shifts outside your regular schedule 24 hours+

Available Shifts :

• Full-Time 7AM-3PM; 3PM-11PM; 11PM-7AM
• Part-Time 7AM-3PM; 11PM-7AM
• Per Diem- minimum of 2 weekend shifts a month

Responsibilities:

• Assists residents in daily bathing, grooming, dental care, bowel and bladder functions, dressing, walking and wheelchair use, positioning in and out of bed.
• Certified Nurse's Assistant documents personal care given according to facility policies.
• Provides nursing functions as directed including perineal care, making beds, turning residents, measures and records temperature, weight, pulse and respiration. C.N.A.
• Certified Nurse's Assistant observes and reports to supervisor changes in residents' condition, including any skin breakdowns. Reports immediately all accidents or injuries.
• Records all necessary charting entries.
• Answers all call lights regardless of assignment. Responds to emergency situations calmly and efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Must hold current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in good standing.
• No history of patient/resident abuse as per State Registry.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and following oral and written instructions.
• Strong attention to detail, excellent follow-through, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks.
• Team player with good cooperation and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrates patience, tact, enthusiasm, and a positive attitude towards residents and their support networks.
• Per diem staff are expected to fulfill (2) shifts monthly to meet requirements.
