Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.

• Negotiate and close sales deals with clients to drive revenue.
• Perform product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits to potential customers.
• Manage both inside and outside sales efforts to maximize customer outreach.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional materials aligned with brand messaging.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
• Use sales tracking and customer relationship management (CRM) software to monitor performance and customer interactions.

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in retail or a similar industry.
• Strong background in lead generation and direct sales techniques.
• Proven ability to negotiate and close deals, especially high-value transactions.
• Experience in conducting engaging product demonstrations.
• Familiarity with both inside and outside sales strategies.
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building lasting relationships.
• Proficient with sales tracking and CRM software.
• Must be highly motivated and driven to earn.
