RN On-Call Support

UCHealth is seeking an RN On-Call Support nurse to provide after-hours and weekend telephone triage for patients across our Colorado-based, nonprofit health system. In this role, you will assess symptoms, determine urgency, and guide patients to appropriate care using evidence-based protocols, coordinating with on-call providers, clinics, and hospitals. You will document all encounters in the EHR, deliver clear education, and support continuity of care.
