Die SetterSupport the Press Department by helping with die setup, changes, and maintenance. Learn the Die Setter position and assist with daily manufacturing operations.Key ResponsibilitiesOperate cranes to load and unload die carts and trucks.Move and flip dies safely.Tear down and set up dies.Set up new jobs on press bolsters.Wash and clean dies.Assist with press and job changes.Remove scrap panels and trash.Maintain clean and organized work areas.Follow 5S housekeeping standards.Perform other duties as assigned by management.Minimum RequirementsHigh School Diploma.Crane experience preferred.Tool & Die experience or hands-on experience in a similar field is a plus.Physical RequirementsFrequently lift up to 50 lbs.Stand for 8 hours or more.Ability to lift, climb, carry, pull, grip, bend, stoop, and reach as needed.Good hand-eye coordination.COM119 Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
