This travel assignment specializes in Med Surg and requires versatility to float across all critical care floors, ER, as well as Step-Down and PACU as needed. The work environment offers a dynamic critical care experience for seasoned professionals.

Key Responsibilities of the ICU RN for Float Pool

• Provide critical care in various units, including ER and Step-Down
• Adapt to patient needs across different critical care settings
• Ensure high standards of patient care and safety
• Utilize EPIC EMR for patient records and data management

Requirements of the ICU RN for Float Pool

• BLS/ACLS certifications required
• EPIC EMR experience
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a similar-sized facility
