Marketing Program Manager

Seeking a highly organized and proactive Marketing Program Manager, the full-time remote position will drive cross-functional execution across product launches, marketing campaigns, partnerships, and key business priorities while ensuring alignment among stakeholders and timely project completion. Key responsibilities: Own end-to-end launch timelines for product launches and marketing initiatives, coordinating across various teams Maintain integrated marketing and product development calendars, tracking milestones and deliverables Build scalable workflows and improve cross-functional communication to enhance organizational efficiency Required qualifications: 4-7+ years in project management, program management, or marketing operations Experience in a high-growth DTC, ecommerce, or consumer brand environment Strong expertise with project management tools such as Asana, Monday, or Airtable Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence without direct authority Highly organized with a proven ability to operate in ambiguity and build processes from scratch
