The position involves working three 12-hour night shifts. Candidates must be flexible with scheduling and adhere to strict policies regarding tardiness and absences. The role includes providing care for a diverse population, including adults with various diagnoses. Responsibilities encompass managing patients in a fast-paced environment that includes stroke, cardiac, and trauma cases. Essential skills include arterial line management, blood product administration, and triage. The position requires effective communication and teamwork skills to collaborate with interdisciplinary teams. The ideal candidate should demonstrate proficiency in patient care and emergency response. This position requires passing a mandatory EKG exam as part of compliance. Candidates should be prepared for a dynamic and challenging work environment. Only candidates with relevant experience and certifications will be considered for this position.
