We are specifically seeking candidates based in the Boise area. Most work is currently local, though out-of-town travel may be required as projects expand.

What We're Looking For:
- Willingness to travel as needed for project work.
- 18+ years old.
- High school graduate or GED equivalent.
- Able to pass a medical exam and drug test.
- Licensed driver with a clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Report).
- Physically fit able to lift up to 80 lbs. and work comfortably on rooftops and ladders.
- Honest, hardworking, and a team player who enjoys working outdoors.
- Construction or electrical experience is a huge plus!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Installing lightning protection systems on high roofs and specialized grounding projects.
- Reading blueprints and construction plans to ensure top-tier installations.
- Handling and installing lightning protection cables.
- Ensuring all work complies with onsite safety regulations.
- Working as part of a team to complete projects efficiently.
- Tackling other duties as assigned because every day is different!
