What you’ll do Be a Team Member: Maintains up-to-date knowledge of product specifications related to prepared food merchandise; collaborates with cross-functional teams; educates other associates on tools, tasks and resources; communicates effectively with the team; and is flexible to work in other areas as needed. Be an Expert: Prepares food according to item specifications; plans for future and mass productions; anticipates seasonality; adheres to food safety standards, sanitation guidelines, cold chain compliance, inventory management; operates, maintains, and sanitizes equipment; demonstrates understanding of product and layout execution. Be a Techie: Uses digital tools to drive sales and improve the shopping experience; uses handheld technology to make immediate business decisions related to production, ordering merchandise, receiving club pickup orders, training, and product quality with the member in mind; adapts to new tools and encourages others to use them. Be an Owner: Drives area performance; stocks and rotates merchandise; ensures quality and date control; eliminates waste; provides member service by acknowledging the member and identifying needs; assists members with purchasing decisions; handles payment types; locates merchandise; resolves member issues and concerns. Be a Talent Ambassador: Acts as a brand advocate; develops, influences and inspires others to work in a respectful, supportive and team-oriented style; helps identify roadblocks and supports training. The hourly wage range for this position is $17.00 to $24.00. The actual rate will meet or exceed the minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in certain circumstances.
