Salary Range: $77,000 - $122,000 depending on experience

The Opportunity

We are partnering with organizations in Montague that are seeking Project Managers. These companies are committed to building strong teams and are looking for professionals who can lead initiatives effectively. Key Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional project teams from conception to completion.
• Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with production, engineering, and supply chain to ensure project alignment.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues effectively.
• Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Communicate project status and key metrics to stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure projects adhere to quality standards and regulatory requirements.

Recommended Qualifications

• 5+ years of Project Management experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven ability to manage complex projects from conception to completion, including scope, budget, and schedule.
• Demonstrated experience with manufacturing processes (e.g., lean manufacturing, Six Sigma).
• Strong understanding of product development lifecycles in a production setting.
• PMP or equivalent certification preferred.
