Starting pay is$20.50/hour, with additional differentials based on location and qualifications. Cape-based programs offer a$1/hour differential. Martha’s Vineyard programs offer a$4/hour differential, with the exception of the Franklin Street program, which offers$3/hour. An additional$1/hour differential is available for employees with active MAP certification, except at non–Franklin Street programs on Martha’s Vineyard. Help individuals build independence byteaching life skills at home and in the community. Follow and implementIndividual Support Plans (ISP) and Behavior Support Plans. Assist withpersonal care, medication administration, and health-related needs. Support individuals incommunity activities, relationships, and social connections. Accompany individuals to appointments and ensure overallhealth and well-being. Maintain accuratedocumentation and data collection to track progress and outcomes. Take a leadership role bytraining and mentoring other staff. Assist with budgeting, shopping, and managing personal funds. Build strong, positive relationships withfamilies, guardians, and team members. Help maintain aclean, safe, and welcoming home environment.
