Make a positive impact as a Resource Pull-Out Special Education Teacher supporting learners in grades K–3! This contract opportunity starts as soon as possible, offering the chance to work closely with students who benefit from dedicated support in their academics and growth. You’ll play an essential role in providing resource pull-out instruction in a collaborative elementary school environment.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Special Education Teaching Certification (state-specific)
- Experience working with elementary-aged students, preferably K–3
- Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and differentiation
- Excellent communication skills for collaboration with general education teachers, families, and related service providers
- Passion for fostering student success and inclusion
- Commitment to supporting diverse learners in a dynamic setting
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver small group and individualized instruction to students identified for special education services in K–3
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with classroom teachers, paraprofessionals, and service providers to ensure alignment and inclusion
- Track student progress and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Communicate regularly with families, sharing successes and strategizing support
- Create a nurturing, positive, and structured learning environment for all students

- Consistent weekday schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, 7:35 AM–3:00 PM; Wednesday early release at 11:45 AM
