About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Digital Product Development for Enterprise Business Systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for the strategic oversight and direction of the design, development, release, and maintenance of technology systems and services that support enterprise financial, human capital management, supply chain, and facilities functions. This role requires a leader with a strong technical background, a proven track record in building high-performing teams, and experience in large-scale implementation of enterprise resource planning systems. The VP will work collaboratively with IT and cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery of innovative IT solutions that enhance user satisfaction, patient engagement, and workforce engagement. Candidates for this role should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a preference for healthcare experience, and at least 15 years' in information technology. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital business technologies, experience in IT sourcing, vendor and contract management, and a strong understanding of financial accounting and reporting practices. Leadership experience in clinical informatics initiatives and a history of effective collaboration with management to build consensus on technology platforms are also essential. The role demands a leader who can drive performance improvement, ensure quality, and act as a change agent in the adoption of informatics strategies to support quality patient care and professional practice.
