We are looking for an AI data scientist to design and implementation of intelligent solutions that enhance service documentation workflows. This includes automated proofreading of service manuals, multilingual translation of technical documents, and the development of a conversational assistant for field engineers. The role emphasizes the use of agentic AI and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) technologies.


Key Responsibilities:

• Architect AI Solutions
  • Design and implement AI-driven systems for document proofreading, translation, and chatbot development.
  • Define scalable architectures using LLMs, vector databases, and orchestration frameworks.
• Document Intelligence
  • Build pipelines for grammar and consistency checks across service manuals.
  • Automate detection of missing sections, formatting issues, and terminology mismatches.
• Translation Automation
  • Develop multilingual translation workflows for structured and unstructured service content.
  • Ensure semantic accuracy and formatting preservation across languages.
• Conversational AI
  • Create a chatbot for service engineers that can answer technical queries using internal documentation.
  • Integrate RAG pipelines to enhance retrieval accuracy and contextual relevance.
• Agentic AI Integration
  • Apply agentic AI principles to enable autonomous task execution and decision-making.
  • Implement memory, tool use, and feedback loops for adaptive behavior.
• Collaboration & Delivery
  • Work closely with delivery leads, product managers, and engineering teams to align on PoC goals.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with LLMs, NLP, and RAG-based architectures.
• Proficiency in LangChain, LangGraph, or similar orchestration frameworks.
• Experience with document AI, translation models, and chatbot development.
• Familiarity with agentic AI systems and autonomous agents.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
