CMA - Certified Medication AideAs a faith-based organization, our mission is simple but powerful: to care for the caregiver so they can in turn care for our residents.We offer top pay and benefits in a positive work environment.We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Certified Medication Aide (CMA) to join our team.Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse or Licensed Practical Nurse.Assist in the administering of medication to residents.Assist with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and feeding.Monitor and record vital signs such as temperature, pulse, and blood pressure.Assist with resident mobility, turning, transfers, and ambulation using proper techniques.Maintain a clean, safe, and supportive environment.Offer emotional support and companionship to residents and their families.Assist in the documentation of care and report changes in condition to nursing staff.Support the care team in developing and implementing individualized care plans.High school diploma or equivalent.Completion of a state-approved CNA training program.Active CNA certification in good standing.Active Medication Aide certification in good standing.Minimum of 1 year of health care industry experience or 2 years' experience as a medication aide.Good understanding of medical and pharmacological terminology.Current CPR Certification.Physical ability to lift, move, and support residents safely.We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including:401(k) managed by Merrill Lynch.DailyPay.Health Insurance with Anthem Blue Cross or Cigna.Dental, Life, Vision, and Disability Insurance.Paid Time Off.Continuing Education Credits.Career advancement opportunities!
