About the Role

We are seeking an experienced AI Consultant / AI Solutions Engineer to design, build, and deliver production-grade AI solutions that solve real business problems for internal teams and enterprise customers.

This role will own AI solutions end-to-end—from understanding business requirements and rapid prototyping to production deployment, optimization, observability, and continuous improvement. The ideal candidate combines strong software engineering skills with hands-on experience building and deploying LLM, RAG, and agent-based AI solutions .

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop production-grade AI solutions using LLMs, AI agents, RAG pipelines, and orchestration frameworks .
• Translate ambiguous business requirements into clear technical designs and scalable solutions.
• Rapidly prototype AI solutions and harden them for production scalability, reliability, observability, and cost efficiency.
• Develop evaluation frameworks and define success metrics to measure AI model and system performance.
• Integrate AI solutions with enterprise platforms and systems, including Adobe Experience Platform, Workfront, Adobe Journey Optimizer, and enterprise data platforms .
• Partner with Product Managers, Designers, Engineers, and business stakeholders to define requirements and demonstrate solution progress.
• Develop reusable AI components, tools, and frameworks to accelerate future AI initiatives.
• Stay current with emerging AI technologies and evaluate their practical application to business use cases.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience building and deploying AI/ML-powered solutions in production.
• Strong hands-on programming experience with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript .
• Experience building AI-powered user experiences using React .
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, or equivalent platforms .
• Strong understanding of prompt engineering, tool calling, structured outputs, and AI agent patterns .
• Experience designing and implementing RAG architectures .
• Experience with vector databases and retrieval-quality evaluation.
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Adobe I/O Runtime .
• Experience with modern DevOps, CI/CD, logging, monitoring, and production deployment practices .
• Strong communication skills with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Adobe Experience Platform (AEP), Workfront, GenStudio, or Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO) .
• Experience with Databricks, Snowflake , or similar data platforms.
• Background in enterprise SaaS, marketing technology, or customer engineering .
• Experience with agent frameworks such as LangGraph, CrewAI, or similar frameworks .
• Experience designing enterprise AI architecture, governance, security, and responsible AI practices.

ONLY LOCAL CANDIDATES IN SAN JOSE, CA, USA WILL BE CONSIDERED.

Candidates must currently be located in the San Jose, CA area and be available to work from the local area as required.
