Commercial Finance Associate - Los Angeles

Job Details Job Location: Los Angeles Office - Los Angeles, CA 90017 Salary Range: $160,000.00 - $220,000.00 Salary/year We are looking for a junior associate to join our Commercial Finance Group in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, preferably with a finance practice at an Am Law 100 or 200 firm. Candidates should have experience with secured lending transactions and familiarity with UCC Article 9. Experience representing lenders and borrowers in middle market financing transactions is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will also have strong drafting, organizational, analytical, and communication skills and the ability to manage multiple matters and deadlines effectively. Candidates should also be licensed to practice in California. Compensation The reasonably expected pay scale for this position is $160 - 220k per year. This is an employer estimate and the salary offered within that range will depend on the candidate’s years of practice, relevant experience, and performance.
