Описание Авиасейлс ищет человека, который будет развивать социальные сети компании в Новосибирске. Задачи Вести и развивать соцсети Авиасейлс в Новосибирске Генерировать идеи для постов, писать тексты, создавать картинки и доводить их до готового результата Вести полный цикл создания видеоконтента для Reels и TikTok: разрабатывать идеи и сценарии, снимать, монтировать и публиковать видео Участвовать в командных ретроспективах и мозговых штурмах Следить за трендами и мемами и адаптировать их под локальный контекст Предлагать и тестировать гипотезы и форматы, анализировать результаты, увеличивать число подписчиков и охваты Взаимодействовать с аудиторией: отвечать на комментарии и сообщения, формировать сообщество, передавать сложные случаи Запускать вовлекающие механики: опросы, викторины, конкурсы и челленджи Готовить отчёты о результатах работы Требования Жить в Новосибирске и хорошо ориентироваться в городе, знать интересные и необычные места Иметь опыт работы с разными соцсетями, понимать, какие форматы находят отклик, следить за трендами и иметь успешные кейсы Иметь опыт создания контента полного цикла — от идеи до публикации Уметь работать с метриками и знать, как увеличивать охваты и число подписчиков Проявлять инициативу, генерировать идеи без технического задания, тестировать и экспериментировать Уметь сниматься в контенте и/или организовывать съёмки Будет плюсом: умение работать в Figma и CapCut Условия Локация: Новосибирск, кандидатов из других городов не рассматривают Полная занятость с 8-часовым рабочим днём и стандартной пятидневной рабочей неделей Без бюрократии: удобные процессы, горизонтальные коммуникации, быстрые решения Компенсируем ДМС, психотерапию или иностранные языки, занятия спортом и больничный #J-18808-Ljbffr Aviasales
