If you're passionate about improving oral health and creating satisfied patients, we invite you to join us in redefining the culture of dentistry.Monday: 7:45am-5pmTuesday: 7:45am-7pmWednesday: 7:45am-7pmThursday: 7:45am-5pmEvery other Friday: 7:45am-2pmAs a Dental Assistant, you'll collaborate with our practice team to provide outstanding clinical support, ensuring patients receive the care they need. You'll prepare patients for treatment, assist the dentist in restorative procedures, and maintain a high standard of care and efficiency.Key responsibilities include:Delivering exceptional chair-side clinical support to dentists and hygienists, including charting, operatory setup/cleanup, and patient education.Recording and reviewing patient health histories, making chart entries under the dentist's direction, and ensuring all documentation is complete.Setting up trays and instruments based on the daily schedule and procedure requirements.Preparing patients, sterilizing/disinfecting instruments, and maintaining asepsis following OSHA standards.Assisting with dental procedures, including exposing and developing diagnostic radiographs.Ensuring compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, CPR, and other certifications and safety requirements.What you'll need to succeed:Dental Assisting Certification or prior on-the-job training.1-5 years of experience preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.Radiography/X-Ray certification (state-specific).Current CPR certification.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.A commitment to delivering exceptional service and patient education.Why you'll love working here:Comprehensive Benefits: Including 401(k).Paid Time Off: Competitive PTO that grows with your career.Career Growth: Opportunities for continuing education and development.Exciting Work Environment: A supportive atmosphere that celebrates individuality and teamwork, allowing you to thrive.Equal Opportunity Employer.
