WC Smith has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Leasing Manager to lead our dynamic leasing team at The Collective.The Collective is a collection of properties, including Park Chelsea, The Garrett, and The Agora, in the Capitol Riverfront/Navy Yard in Washington,DC. This fast-paced role will lead a team of at least four leasing consultants, serving over 1100 apartment units. Rotating weekend availability is required. THE LEASING MANAGER WILL: Lead and elevate the performance of the leasing team, driving leasing results, occupancy goals, and a best-in-class resident experience. Oversee all leasing operations, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and compliance of all leasing documentation prior to execution. Manage, coach, and develop leasing consultants, fostering a high-performance, customer-focused team culture. Partner with Property and General Managers to proactively address resident concerns and maintain a luxury-level standard of service. Collaborate with corporate marketing to execute targeted campaigns, optimize lead generation, and drive traffic and conversions. Deliver an exceptional prospect and resident experience by setting the standard for professionalism, urgency, and service. Actively participate in leasing efforts, including conducting high-quality property tours and closing prospective residents. Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and pricing to inform leasing strategy and maintain a competitive edge.
