As our next Parts Counter Representative, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service. We are looking for an energetic, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and is eager to grow with us.Greet customers in-person and over the phone with basic inquiries.Learn and assist with retail order fulfillment, billing, and inventory returns.Learn basic navigation of company Business Systems and E-Portal programs.Support mechanics by locating parts in inventory.Perform basic physical inventory functions under supervision.Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business needs.Collaborate closely with team members and leadership to continuously cultivate positive experiences for our customers.Perform other dynamic duties and responsibilities as assigned to support business.What We're Looking For (Qualifications & Skills):High school diploma or equivalent.Entry level zero (0) years of experience.Prefer minimum of one (1) + year(s) of experience.Basic customer service skills and intermediate computer proficiency.The employee is frequently required to bend, squat, kneel, and crawl/lay on back; reach away from body or shoulder height; climb or balance; lift up to 75 pounds; push or pull; working in areas with fumes or airborne particles; vibration.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions of this position.What's In It For You?
