DUTIES: Provide general office and clerical support for the operations of behavioral health programs (mental health, substance use, psychology), including: The collection and tracking of data Monitoring communication both via the telephone and email Creating and maintaining spreadsheets Managing schedules Supporting special projects Requirements / Qualifications Minimum Qualifications: Coursework/training or experience related to research, presentation, or publication in an area related to the programs or functions of the employing agency; business administration; accounting; customer service; and/ or technical support work, including use of computer software such as word processing, spreadsheets, and database management. Preferred Qualifications: Associate's degree in psychology, sociology, human services, business, or criminology. Experience using Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, Outlook. Ability to adapt to changing dynamics with ease. Other: Valid driver’s license required.
