Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Valid California SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
• Experience with pediatric/elementary -aged caseloads (preferred)
• Knowledge of school-based speech therapy practices and IEP processes
• Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
• Commitment to working onsite exclusively (no virtual/remote options)

Position Details & Responsibilities:

• Fulfill a full-time, 37.5-hours per week onsite schedule
• Provide direct therapy services and conduct assessments for elementary students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Document progress, maintain accurate records, and communicate with families and staff
• Help facilitate students’ success by supporting their speech and language needs in an educational setting
