Job Description

The Maintenance Supervisor will oversee a team of 6-10 maintenance technicians, focusing on leadership rather than hands-on maintenance tasks. The role requires organizational skills for data entry and collection related to machine repairs, parts orders, and preventive maintenance schedules. Availability to work 5-10 hour shifts, with potential Saturday and Sunday work, is necessary.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians, ensuring effective delegation and support.
• Organize data related to machine repairs, parts, and preventive maintenance schedules.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, management, production, and supervision teams to maximize machine uptime.
• Oversee daily maintenance of hydraulics, robotics, mechanical, electrical systems, and PLCs.
• Provide guidance in mechanical and electrical troubleshooting to support technicians.
• Participate in tasks delegated by management to develop supervisory skills.

This is a Permanent position based out of Findlay, OH.

The pay range for this position is $70000.00 - $80000.00/yr.
