DesignOps Engineer
We’re hiring a DesignOps Engineer to level up our design organization and streamline how we build products. You’ll own our UX design ecosystem , optimize workflows, and create scalable systems that help designers move faster with higher quality.
What you’ll do:
- Manage and evolve Figma libraries, components, variables, and governance
- Build and maintain design system infrastructure
- Improve design workflows, tooling, and cross‑functional processes
- Create automation, plugins, and integrations to boost efficiency
- Partner with Product & Engineering for smooth design‑to‑dev handoff
What we’re looking for:
- 3–7+ years in DesignOps, Design Systems, or UX Engineering
- Deep Figma expertise (libraries, branching, prototyping, component architecture)
- Familiarity with AI to enhance workflow and perform discovery work
- Experience scaling design systems
- Strong collaboration and systems‑thinking mindset
