Home Health Community Liaison - Growth & Partnerships

The Pennant Group

GrandCare Health Services seeks a Community Liaison to cultivate referral relationships and negotiate service contracts across Southern California, including Orange and LA counties. You will promote home health services, coordinate with physicians, discharge planners, and payers, and help grow patient volumes. This role requires healthcare marketing experience, strong negotiation and communication skills, and the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Pennant Group
