Property Associate What this job involves: As a Property Associate at JLL, you will serve asthe primary administrative point of contact for anIndustrialportfolio.You will also provide accounting and financial support,maintainpositive tenantrelationsand provide superior customer service.This entry-level positionprovidesan outstanding opportunity to launch your career in commercialproperty management, whereyou'llwork alongsideexperienced professionalswho are committed to your growth and development. The Industrial Property Associate role is based on-site. Local market requirements may vary. Estimated total compensation for this position: $33.65 - $34.62 per hour The total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed. An employment offer is based on an applicant's education, experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, internal equity and alignment with market data Expected Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 am - 5 pm What your day-to-day will look like: Provide exceptional customer service to tenants by responding to inquiries, processing service requests, and coordinating resolution of maintenance issues Support property management team with administrative tasks including data entry, document preparation, and maintenance of property records and databases Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), certificates of insurance (COIs), codeinvoicesand complete other financial tasks Assistwith vendor coordination and work order management to ensuretimelycompletion of maintenance and repair activities Help prepare monthly reports, financial summaries, and property performance updates for senior management and clients Support lease administration activities including tenant move-in processes, document filing, and communication coordination Assistwith tenant events, building communications, and community engagement initiatives to enhance tenant experience Provide backup support for reception duties, mail distribution, and general office operations as needed All other tasks which may berequiredtocomply withProperty Management Agreements, local ordinances, or as necessary to ensure property operations On-site presencerequired Complete job description available on JLL's internal portal Required qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Communications, or related field 1-2 years ofworkexperience in an office environment, preferably in commercial real estate or property management 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service or customer-facing position Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude with eagerness to grow within the commercial real estate industry Preferred qualifications: Yardi platforms, Microsoft Office Application (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook, One Note, Share Point, etc.) proficiencies a plus.
