Registered Nurse

Role Overview: This full-time night position in the Observation department involves delivering high-quality nursing care, developing and monitoring personalized care plans, and coordinating multidisciplinary team communication to ensure seamless patient care and smooth transitions. Key Responsibilities Lead patient care by implementing organizational protocols and clinical standards. Initiate and adapt care plans based on patient needs. Act as the primary communication link among physicians, specialists, and staff. Monitor patient conditions vigilantly, documenting and communicating changes promptly. Manage physician and nursing orders, coordinating discharge planning for continuity of care. Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse licensure from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 30 days of hire, accepted from AHA or ARC. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or equivalent professional licensure.
