We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Administrator & Apex Developer to support the daily management, maintenance, troubleshooting, and bug fixing of a Salesforce-based Workforce solution. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring system stability, configuring Salesforce components, resolving technical issues, and supporting critical business operations.

• Design, configure, update, and maintain Salesforce forms.
• Configure and maintain Field-Level Security (FLS), validation rules, and page layouts.
• Develop and maintain Apex Classes, Triggers, and related Salesforce components.
• Manage user profiles, roles, permission sets, and service accounts.
• Write and optimize SOQL queries, including complex and cross-object queries.
• Troubleshoot production issues, resolve bugs, and provide ongoing Salesforce support.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and provide status updates.
• Work independently to deliver assignments within project timelines.
