Acute Clinical Pharmacist Opportunity - Hospital Setting - Full Time

MLR is seeking a full-time, permanent, direct-hire Pharmacist to join our client's growing healthcare team near Paguate, New Mexico !

Key Responsibilities for Pharmacist:

• Dispense prescription medications to patients and provide guidance on their proper use.
• Full-time, permanent, direct-hire opportunity.
• Setting: Inpatient hospital setting.
• Review and interpret physician orders, ensuring the safe and accurate dispensing of medications.
• Provide medication therapy management and educate patients on drug interactions, side effects, and proper medication use.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible patient outcomes.
• Maintain accurate records of medications dispensed, patient profiles, and insurance claims.

Pharmacist Qualifications:

• Completion of an accredited Pharmacy program such as PharmD or RPh is required.
• Active licensure as a Pharmacist in the state of New Mexico.
• 1+ years of experience in an inpatient pharmacy setting required.
