Community Association Manager

Job Summary Community Association Manager responsible for managing a portfolio of community associations. Performs office and non‑manual work related to the general business operations of community associations, exercising discretion and independent judgment, and delivering excellent customer service to homeowners, board members, committee members, and vendors. Maintains client satisfaction and account retention. Key Responsibilities Manages all operations for a portfolio of community associations. Provides leadership and consulting to clients on best practices for management and oversight. Creates agendas for and manages monthly, bimonthly, quarterly, and annual Board Meetings. Creates agendas for and manages annual association owners’ meetings. Works extensively with the Board of Directors, vendors, contractors, and homeowners. Meets with Associations 1–2 times a week. Manages and assists in special projects. Creates budgets and manages financials for associations under management. Selects and supervises vendors performing services for the community. Ensures homeowner assessments are paid on time and takes action on delinquent accounts. Complies with company policies and procedures. Responsible for client satisfaction and account retention. Adheres to Keystone’s core values, mission, and vision. Performs any additional duties as required by the supervisor. Qualifications Valid driver’s license and clean MVR. Reliable transportation to and from communities. Strong knowledge of the HOA industry. Excellent client service orientation. Strong computer skills: MSOffice, TEAMS, Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, HOA software. Strong attention to detail. Positive attitude. Leadership and collaboration skills. Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and relationship‑building skills. Ability to win and maintain confidence of boards of directors. Strong verbal and written communication. Effective organizational and time‑management skills. Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team. Availability for evening meetings. Flexibility for after‑hours work and weekend on‑call rotation. Verifiable references. Ability to pass a background check. Education & Experience 3 to 4 years of experience in an HOA management role. 2 to 3 years of customer service experience. CAI or CACM certification(s) a plus. Bachelor’s degree preferred. High school diploma or GED required. Work Environment Ability to drive to communities. Ability to sit, stand, and operate business equipment. Typical office environment with low-level noise.
