Job Summary
Cardiac Sonographer (Echo Sonographer) specializing in adult echocardiography is sought for a healthcare provider located in La Crosse, Wisconsin. This position involves performing adult echocardiogram procedures in an inpatient and outpatient setting, with opportunities to engage in stress testing, transesophageal echocardiography (TEE), and pediatric procedures as needed. The role offers flexible day shifts with variable start times and a contract duration of 13 weeks, starting as soon as possible.
Job Details
- Location: La Crosse, Wisconsin, with opportunity to float to the Onalaska clinic.
- Schedule: 8-hour shifts, variable start times between 7:00 AM and 8:30 AM, with a minimum of 40 hours per week.
- Required Qualifications: Current RDCS license, Associate Degree or Certificate, minimum of 2+ years of experience in adult echocardiography, including adult inpatient and outpatient procedures. Must be willing to train on Siemens SC2000 machines. AHA Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Preferred Qualifications: EPIC charting experience.
- Float: Float to Onalaska clinic may be required.
- Additional Information: Role includes ergonomics support with twice-monthly massages; potential for procedural variety including stress testing and transesophageal echocardiography; no on-call or weekend shifts; holiday coverage willingness required.
- Start Date: 07/27/2026
- Billing: Monday through Sunday.
