Mental Health Therapist (LPC, LCSW) PartTime | Hybrid | Princeton, New Jersey
Pace & Path Psychotherapy and Trauma Recovery LLC is growing, and we’re looking for skilled, compassionate therapists to join our team. We believe in creating a supportive environment where clinicians can do their best work while maintaining balance, autonomy, and purpose.
Your Role
- Provide individual, couples, or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
- Maintain a manageable caseload with strong administrative support
- Complete documentation in a timely, organized manner
- Participate in case consultations and professional development
- Deliver care in-person and via telehealth
What We’re Looking For
- Active New Jersey licensure: LPC, LCSW
- Certification in a type of trauma-focused therapy (i.e., CCTP, IFS, EMDR, somatic) is a plus
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to ethical practice
- Ability to build rapport with diverse populations
- Comfort working independently while being part of a collaborative team
- Passion and experience in trauma-focused treatment
