Overview The Cook prepares, cooks and serves food to meet the daily needs of the facility. Qualifications Certifications: Food Handler certification within 30 days Work Experience: Cooking Responsibilities Cooks and prepares foods in accordance with standardized recipes and departmental procedures.Maintains utensils, equipment and work areas in a clean and sanitary condition.May serve foods on patient tray assembly line, work in the Cafe, or work in Coffee Shop retail operations.Follows detailed daily sanitation and position cleaning assignments. Compensation and Benefits The compensation range for this position is $17.05per hour - $27.62per hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
