CDL A Truck Driver Job Details & Benefits
- Dedicated Customer: Rivian
- Hauling parts for Rivian
- Domicile in Hudson, IL at Nussbaum Terminal
- Assigned Freightliner Cascadias (no slip-seating)
- 8 Paid holidays per year
- PTO Accruing up to 5 weeks
- $290 per day for holiday and PTO
- Profit Sharing: receive a cut of Nussbaum's profits. Pays quarterly
- ESOP: free Nussbaum shares given, annually. Worth an additional 4-6% of earnings
- 401k with company match
- Full Coverage: Health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance.

- Drive at least 30 days
- Leave before 90 days
- Receive a $1,000 payout

Class A Driving Requirements
- Valid CDL A
- At least 6 months of recent experience
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- No more than 3 moving violations in the last 3 years
