Buffet Supervisor Staybridge Suites Montgomery – Downtown, an IHG Hotel

We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Full-Time Buffet Supervisor to ensure our guests have a pleasant dining experience.

What You Bring to the Table:

Previous food & beverage or hospitality experience.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
A passion for guest service and teamwork.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, coach, and support Food & Beverage associates to deliver exceptional service.
Assist with training, development, and daily operations.
Oversee buffet setup, presentation, replenishment, and breakdown.
Ensure cleanliness, food safety, and sanitation standards are maintained.
Provide friendly, personalized service and assist guests with menu questions and special requests.
