Registered Nurse - Hemodialysis & Peritoneal Dialysis Assignment Duration This is a 13-week contract position. Schedule Three 12-hour shifts per week, from 07:00 AM to 07:30 PM, including every other Saturday. Job Description The Registered Nurse will provide comprehensive inpatient care for patients undergoing hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis. The role involves managing a 1:2 nurse-to-patient ratio for acute hemodialysis treatments and a 1:1 ratio for acute ICU dialysis treatments, ensuring optimal patient care in collaboration with ICU staff. Responsibilities Administer and monitor hemodialysis and peritoneal dialysis treatments. Coordinate patient care with interdisciplinary teams. Monitor vital signs and assess patient conditions throughout the treatment process. Document patient care and treatment outcomes accurately. Provide education and support to patients and families regarding treatment options and health management. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Active State RN License. Completion of Centralus Skills Checklist and Core Competency Exam for onboarding. Current certifications: MMR, Hepatitis B, Tdap, Varicella, TB Test, and Fit Test. Driver's License or State ID.
