Qualifications and Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA
• Previous school-based SLP experience strongly preferred
• Demonstrated skills in assessment, intervention, and documentation within a school setting
• Experience supervising or mentoring SLP students or clinical fellows is a plus
• Colorado State SLP licensure (or eligibility) required

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide a total of 12 hours of supervision (6 direct, 6 indirect) per trimester to an assigned SLP CF
• Oversee and mentor the CF’s clinical growth and competency development
• Maintain collaborative communication with both school staff and the SLP CF
• Ensure proper documentation and evaluation of the SLP CF’s progress in alignment with ASHA and district standards
• Support the delivery of school-based speech-language services for students when needed
