The role specifically sits within the Client Platforms team that is responsible for internal- and external-facing client platforms, developing innovative and industry-leading products and client experience.Job SummaryAs a Product Manager within the Client Platforms team, you will be responsible for executing on the platforms and digital capabilities that support our Corporate Access business and will work closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Research, Technology, Design, Quantitative Research and other partners to understand the business and client needs, translate those needs into scalable product capabilities, and deliver intuitive, efficient workflows for both internal users and clients. The role will be responsible for driving the product strategy, roadmap, and ongoing development of technology used across the Corporate Access lifecycle, including event planning and management, client targeting and engagement, meeting coordination, content and communications, and post-events insight.This is a highly collaborative role at the intersection of business, technology, and client experience with an opportunity to modernize critical workflows, improve connectivity across platforms and data, and deliver on a multi-year growth strategy of creating a best-in-class client experience.Job ResponsibilitiesDefine and drive the product strategy, roadmap, and delivery of platforms supporting the Corporate Access business lifecycleTranslate complex business and client needs into clear, scalable product requirements and technology solutionsPartner closely with Corporate Access, Sales, Research, Technology, Design, and Quantitative Research to deliver intuitive workflows for internal users and clientsManage end-to-end product development including requirements gathering, user journey design, testing, implementation, adoption, and measurementUse data, user feedback, and business context to inform product decisions and prioritize competing needsCommunicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical stakeholdersIdentify opportunities to modernize workflows, improve platform connectivity, and deliver on a multi-year client experience growth strategyRequired Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience in product management, product strategy, business analysis, or a related role, ideally within financial services, technology, or another complex, highly regulated environmentDemonstrated ability to define product requirements, prioritize competing needs, and manage a product roadmap from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancementStrong understanding of end-to-end product development, including requirements gathering, user journey design, testing, implementation, adoption, and measurementAbility to translate complex business needs into clear, scalable product and technology solutionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data, user feedback, and business context to inform product decisionsExcellent stakeholder management skills, with experience working across business, technology, design, data, and other cross-functional teamsStrong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to communicate product strategy, priorities, trade-offs, and progress to both technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and SkillsExperience within Corporate Access, Global Markets, Equity Research, Institutional Sales, Investment Banking, Investor Relations, or a related Capital Markets functionFamiliarity with Corporate Access workflows, including conferences, non-deal roadshows, investor meetings, corporate targeting, scheduling, client engagement, and post-event analyticsExperience owning or developing enterprise platforms, workflow tools, CRM capabilities, client-facing applications, or event management technologiesStrong understanding of the competitive and technology landscapes across financial services, particularly as it relates to digital client experiences and workflow platformsAbout UsJPMorgan Chase, one of the oldest financial institutions, offers innovative financial solutions to millions of consumers, small businesses and many of the world's most prominent corporate, institutional and government clients under the J.P.
